Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main tower structure is constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone comprehensive rust-proofing and anti-corrosion treatments. The cabin and seat frames feature a steel structure, while the exterior shells are fabricated from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). Safety restraint bars and seatbelts are composed of high-strength metal and durable webbing. This assembly is paired with a high-power, amusement-grade hydraulic/pneumatic system and electric motors, ensuring an optimal balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Tower and Power System Machining
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form a towering tower structure, which undergoes comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. Guide rails, hydraulic/pneumatic drive mechanisms, braking systems, and electrical control units are installed to ensure smooth and reliable lifting operations.
Cockpit and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass cockpit shell is molded, it is sanded and painted; seats, safety lap bars, seatbelts, and protective devices are installed; and thematic decorative elements and lighting fixtures are assembled, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct tests covering load-bearing capacity, lifting and lowering stability, braking performance, fall protection, anti-tipping measures, and electrical safety; we then fine-tune the lifting speed and impact force. Upon successful verification, we proceed with on-site installation and commissioning, followed by handover for operation.

A: Sign contract–Pay deposit–Production–Pay balance–loading–delivery.
A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
