Project Functions
Core Structure
The device consists of three concentric rings arranged in layers; from the outermost to the innermost, they are: a purple outer ring, a blue middle ring, and a yellow inner ring. These three rings are interconnected via bearings, allowing each to rotate independently.
At the center sits a black seat equipped with a safety restraint bar; it is securely mounted to the innermost yellow ring and rotates in unison with it.
Purple support frames on both sides provide stable structural support, while a handwheel (or motorized drive mechanism) located on the right side allows for either manual or electric control of the rings' rotation.
Gameplay and Experience
Once seated and with the safety restraint bar securely fastened, the device is capable of simultaneous forward-and-backward tumbling, left-and-right swinging, and horizontal rotation—thereby simulating multi-directional motion within a three-dimensional space.
Whether operated manually or driven by a motor, the device allows the seat to rotate through a full 360-degree range, delivering the exhilarating sensations of weightlessness and tumbling. It also serves as a simplified version of the equipment historically used in early astronaut training to simulate the conditions of weightlessness in space.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main framework and support columns are constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. The base features anti-slip, wear-resistant steel plates or engineering plastics, while the connectors are made of stainless steel, thereby guaranteeing structural load-bearing capacity and outdoor weather resistance.
Frame and Base Machining
Steel pipes are cut and welded according to design specifications to form the central column, top turntable, and swing chair brackets; the entire assembly undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The base plates are stamped and formed, then coated with an anti-slip, wear-resistant finish.
Suspension Chair and Mechanism Assembly
Weld and fabricate the cage-style hanging chair; install the bearing-based rotation mechanism and the suspension point connectors. Assemble the chair, support column, and base into a complete unit, ensuring that rotation is smooth and free of any jamming.
Security Testing and Debugging
The unit undergoes load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-dislodgement, and anti-tip-over testing; rotational resistance and operational smoothness are fine-tuned, and the product is shipped for delivery only after passing all quality inspections.
