Main Towers and Core Attractions
Dominating the center and right side of the scene are two towering steel observation platforms. Constructed from dark-hued steel, these towers feature observation decks and safety railings at their summits; visitors can ascend from the ground level—either via ladders or rope nets—to enjoy expansive panoramic views.
High-Altitude Rope Net Walkway:The two towers are interconnected by a combination of inclined rope net tunnels and transparent glass walkways. The sides of the walkways are adorned with colorful vertical columns stylized to resemble "palm trees" and "flowers," infusing the space with a playful, childlike charm. Visitors can walk and weave their way through these elevated pathways, experiencing the exhilarating thrill of traversing the skies.
Spiral Slides:Large spiral slides are attached to the exterior of the towers: a striking orange, fully enclosed spiral slide on the left, and a teal-blue, semi-open spiral slide on the right. From the high-altitude platforms, visitors can rapidly descend via these slides—seamlessly transitioning from a mode of "exploration" to a mode of "sprinting"—thereby completing a full, continuous adventure circuit.
Surrounding Amenities and Scenery
In the foreground, a set of blue swings is visible, while the background features additional climbing nets and adventure-training structures. This layout signifies a multi-functional, non-motorized adventure park where the various attractions work in concert to create a comprehensive play ecosystem that integrates "high-altitude exploration" with "ground-level play." Material Selection
The main frame is constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance. The slides are crafted from food-grade engineering plastics, while the protective netting consists of safety rope nets with internal steel cores. The cartoon-themed decorative elements are made from fiberglass, ensuring a balance of safety, abrasion resistance, and outdoor weather durability.
Frame and Platform Machining
Steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded to form a multi-layered, three-dimensional framework and platform structure. Following a comprehensive shot-blasting process to remove rust, the entire assembly undergoes electrostatic powder coating to ensure structural stability and uniform load distribution, thereby meeting the load-bearing requirements of integrated multi-project systems.
Functional Modules and Decorative Assembly
Install functional components—such as plastic slides, rope climbing nets, swings, and stairs—and secure cartoon-style figures, thematic murals, and IP branding elements to complete the construction of the overall themed scene and the integration of its functional features.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
Comprehensive testing is conducted for overall load-bearing capacity, fall prevention, slip resistance, and pinch-point safety to verify the structural integrity and operational safety of all components. Equipment compatibility is fine-tuned; upon successful verification, on-site installation and commissioning are performed, followed by handover for operation.
