The main body of the equipment features the cartoon image of Vicky from the animated series *Helpful Dragon*, making it highly visually recognizable:
The top features Vicky's iconic pink head, paired with large round eyes, a gentle smile, and a striking red bow. The design is adorable and perfectly captures the character's features.
Multiple pink and white "limbs" extend from the main body, also decorated with red bows at the ends. This echoes the IP design and forms the slide's pathways, giving the overall design a fairytale feel.
Play Functions and Structural Details
Multi-level 3D Play Platform
The equipment features a multi-level 3D structure with multiple circular platforms and walkways inside. All sides are enclosed with sky-blue safety netting, ensuring children's safety while providing ample space for climbing and traversing, thus developing children's coordination and exploratory abilities.
Multi-lane Slide System: Multiple translucent pink and white slides extend from platforms on different floors, some with a spiral design, allowing children to slide down at different heights and experience diverse sliding fun. The slide channels use segmented color schemes, creating a more visually layered effect and making it easier for parents to observe their children's progress.
Additional Interactive Facilities: Under the auxiliary towers on both sides of the main structure, there are also yellow interactive turntable-like devices, providing children with interactive play options beyond sliding, enriching the overall play experience and improving the overall utilization of the equipment.

Material Selection
The main frame is constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance. The slides are crafted from food-grade engineering plastics, while the protective netting consists of safety rope nets with internal steel cores. The cartoon-themed decorative elements are made from fiberglass, ensuring a balance of safety, abrasion resistance, and outdoor weather durability.
Frame and Platform Machining
Steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded to form a multi-layered, three-dimensional framework and platform structure. Following a comprehensive shot-blasting process to remove rust, the entire assembly undergoes electrostatic powder coating to ensure structural stability and uniform load distribution, thereby meeting the load-bearing requirements of integrated multi-project systems.
Functional Modules and Decorative Assembly
Install functional components—such as plastic slides, rope climbing nets, swings, and stairs—and secure cartoon-style figures, thematic murals, and IP branding elements to complete the construction of the overall themed scene and the integration of its functional features.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
Comprehensive testing is conducted for overall load-bearing capacity, fall prevention, slip resistance, and pinch-point safety to verify the structural integrity and operational safety of all components.
