Appearance and Theme Design
Overall Design: Based on a retro pirate sailing ship, the hull is constructed from a single piece of high-strength fiberglass. The main color scheme is dark brown and bright yellow, complemented by blue hull sides and nautical-themed decorations, recreating the adventurous spirit of a pirate ship.
Details and Highlights: The hull features a towering mast with blue simulated sails, decorated with string lights that create a vibrant atmosphere at night. The bow is adorned with a retro rudder and simulated cannons, while the hull is decorated with anchor chains and anchor reliefs, showcasing rich and realistic details.
The stern features a blue illuminated "OCEAN PARK" logo paired with a cartoon pirate image, reinforcing the ocean theme. LED neon light strips are added to the hull edges, creating a dazzling and visually striking effect during operation.
The tracks are painted in a blue ocean theme, featuring wave and ripple patterns, complemented by simulated "wheat waves/seaweed" decorations on both sides, simulating the scene of a ship gliding on the sea, maximizing immersion.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main support structure and hull frame are constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments. The hull shell is made of fiberglass, while the seats and safety restraint bars are fabricated from engineering plastics and powder-coated metal components. Equipped with amusement-grade motors and speed reducers, the design prioritizes a balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the support arms, central main shaft, and hull framework, all of which undergo a comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. The main shaft bearings, drive motor, and transmission system are then installed to ensure smooth and reliable oscillating operation.
Hull and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass hull shell is molded, it undergoes sanding and painting; seats, safety restraint bars, and guardrails are then installed, followed by the assembly of thematic decorative elements, custom artwork, and lighting fixtures, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune the swing amplitude and speed. Upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the equipment over for operation.
