Materials and Processes

Material Selection
The main framework and support columns are constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. The base features anti-slip, wear-resistant steel plates or engineering plastics, while the connectors are made of stainless steel, thereby guaranteeing structural load-bearing capacity and outdoor weather resistance.

Frame and Base Machining
Steel pipes are cut and welded according to design specifications to form the central column, top turntable, and swing chair brackets; the entire assembly undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The base plates are stamped and formed, then coated with an anti-slip, wear-resistant finish.

Suspension Chair and Mechanism Assembly
Weld and fabricate the cage-style hanging chair; install the bearing-based rotation mechanism and the suspension point connectors. Assemble the chair, support column, and base into a complete unit, ensuring that rotation is smooth and free of any jamming.

Security Testing and Debugging
The unit undergoes load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-dislodgement, and anti-tip-over testing; rotational resistance and operational smoothness are fine-tuned, and the product is shipped for delivery only after passing all quality inspections.

A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
