Project Functions
Core Design and Theme: The hull is constructed from a single piece of fiberglass, modeled after a vintage pirate ship. It features a wood-grain finish and an aged paint scheme, complemented by red and white hull trim and scrollwork decorations, recreating the feel of a sailing ship from the Age of Exploration.
The top of the support structure features a signature pirate skull and rudder sculpture, along with the English "pirate ship" sign, reinforcing the theme.
The railings and base are decorated with elements such as a compass, pirate skull plaques, and lifebuoys with LED lights, further emphasizing the ocean adventure theme.
Structure and Safety Design: The interior is supported by a high-strength steel structure, encased in a fiberglass shell, balancing strength and aesthetics.
It is equipped with a dedicated staircase and safety doors for boarding and disembarking, surrounded by dark-colored protective railings. The control box for equipment operation, speed adjustment, and safety control is visible on the left side of the base.
The interior features multiple rows of seats, equipped with safety bars/seatbelts, accommodating multiple passengers simultaneously.
Atmosphere and Features: Blue LED running lights are integrated into the support structure, and colored ambient lighting is also present on the sides of the base, creating a striking visual effect when in operation at night. The base background is printed with patterns of the ocean and shipwrecks, and is decorated with lifebuoys, making the overall scene more immersive.

Material Selection
The main support structure and hull frame are constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments. The hull shell is made of fiberglass, while the seats and safety restraint bars are fabricated from engineering plastics and powder-coated metal components. Equipped with amusement-grade motors and speed reducers, the design prioritizes a balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the support arms, central main shaft, and hull framework, all of which undergo a comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. The main shaft bearings, drive motor, and transmission system are then installed to ensure smooth and reliable oscillating operation.
Hull and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass hull shell is molded, it undergoes sanding and painting; seats, safety restraint bars, and guardrails are then installed, followed by the assembly of thematic decorative elements, custom artwork, and lighting fixtures, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune the swing amplitude and speed. Upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the equipment over for operation.
