Appearance and Theme Design
Overall Style: Centered on pure ice blue and snowflake elements, the overall design uses a refreshing color scheme of ice blue and pure white, paired with a starry blue base, creating a dreamy ice and snow ocean atmosphere suitable for various environments such as ice and snow theme parks, cool summer scenes, and cultural tourism towns.
Details and Highlights: The hull is made of high-strength fiberglass in one piece, with an ice crystal texture and snowflake relief treatment on the surface, complemented by white scrollwork decorations on the hull. The lines are smooth and rounded, restoring the texture of an ice and snow warship.
The support is a silver-white painted iron structure, decorated with a giant snowflake sculpture on the top. LED beads are evenly distributed on both sides of the support, which, when lit at night, resemble flowing ice crystals, maximizing the ambiance.
The sides of the base feature a starry blue background with snowflake and starlight patterns, echoing the hull theme and enhancing the immersive experience of "ice and sea adventure."

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main support structure and hull frame are constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments. The hull shell is made of fiberglass, while the seats and safety restraint bars are fabricated from engineering plastics and powder-coated metal components. Equipped with amusement-grade motors and speed reducers, the design prioritizes a balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the support arms, central main shaft, and hull framework, all of which undergo a comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. The main shaft bearings, drive motor, and transmission system are then installed to ensure smooth and reliable oscillating operation.
Hull and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass hull shell is molded, it undergoes sanding and painting; seats, safety restraint bars, and guardrails are then installed, followed by the assembly of thematic decorative elements, custom artwork, and lighting fixtures, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune the swing amplitude and speed. Upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the equipment over for operation.
