This Galaxy Storm self-controlled airplane is a sci-fi themed upgrade of the traditional self-controlled airplane. Compared with the ordinary airplane design, its interstellar fighter theme is more novel and the lighting effects are more prominent. Project Functions
Appearance and Structural Design
The main body of the device consists of three concentric colored rings: a green outer ring, a yellow middle ring, and a pink inner ring. The colors are vibrant and eye-catching, and the structure is clear.
At the center of the rings is a two-person cabin equipped with black safety levers and five-point seat belts to securely restrain passengers and ensure their safety.
The device is supported by a black triangular support frame, providing overall structural stability. The pivot on the support frame allows the rings to rotate at multiple angles.
Play and Experience
This is a multi-degree-of-freedom rotating experience device. During operation, the three rings can rotate simultaneously in different directions (360 degrees), allowing the cabin to perform three-dimensional tumbling movements (forward, backward, left, right, up, and down), simulating the weightlessness and G-force experiences experienced by astronauts during training.
The device's operating speed and rotation direction are adjustable, allowing for both a slow, educational experience mode and a thrilling tumbling mode, suitable for visitors of all ages.
The experience provides a strong sense of centrifugal force and weightlessness, making it a fun activity for exercising vestibular balance and often used as an aerospace science education experience device.
Scenarios and Applications: The photos were taken in an amusement equipment manufacturing workshop. The equipment has not yet completed final testing and is in its pre-shipment state.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
