Main Structure
The structure features a hexagonal steel frame, finished in a vibrant bright blue. Supported by six vertical columns, the top forms a closed hexagonal beam assembly, ensuring structural stability, uniform load distribution, and a high safety margin.
This symmetrical design allows multiple children to play simultaneously while conserving ground space, making it an ideal choice for small to medium-sized recreational areas.
Swing Units
Suspended beneath the frame are six independent children's swing seats. The seats come in a lively array of colors—orange, gray, pink, green, blue, and yellow—creating a vibrant visual appeal that captures children's attention.
Each seat is secured by yellow suspension ropes and pink connecting components. The seats feature a curved, anti-slip design with rounded edges; specifically crafted for younger children, they prioritize both comfort and safety.

Materials and Processes

Material Selection
The main structural frame is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. Components such as the seats and steering wheel are crafted from food-grade engineering plastics, while suspension parts and bearings are made of stainless steel—a combination designed to balance load-bearing capacity, safety, and outdoor weather resistance.

Frame Processing and Forming
Steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded to form triangular support columns and top crossbeams. The entire assembly undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating, ensuring structural stability and uniform load distribution to accommodate the weight-bearing requirements of simultaneous use by multiple individuals.

Functional Subassembly
Fabricate the circular seat frame via welding; install the suspension bearings, suspension point connectors, plastic seats, and steering wheels; and fine-tune the suspension system to ensure smooth, snag-free swinging motion.

Security Testing and Debugging
Safety tests—including load-bearing capacity, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, and anti-pinch mechanisms—are conducted; the swing amplitude and operational smoothness are fine-tuned; and the product is shipped for delivery only after passing all quality inspections.

A: Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP.
A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
