Main Slide Structure
The most striking feature in the image consists of two parallel, rainbow-colored dry slides:
The surface of the slides is assembled from multi-colored "dry snow" modules—featuring shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and pink—arranged in stripes to create the iconic "rainbow" aesthetic.
The modules are constructed from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and feature a specialized textured surface with raised granules; this design ensures a smooth glide for the inner tubes while simultaneously regulating speed to prevent them from becoming uncontrollable. Red guardrails line both sides of the slides to prevent the inner tubes from veering off course.
The slides are laid out over a bed of artificial green turf, and the overall slope design strikes a balance between thrill and safety, making it suitable for enjoyment by both children and adults.
Top Platform and Ancillary Facilities
Situated at the top of the slides is a launch platform sheltered by an orange tensile-membrane canopy. Small red flags adorn the canopy roof, serving both as a sun-shaded resting area for visitors and as the official starting point for all the slides. The platform is equipped with safety guardrails to ensure the security of visitors while they wait and board their inner tubes.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main body of the slide is constructed from eco-friendly, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic modules, while the frame and support structures utilize high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing. The metal components feature an electrostatic powder-coated finish for superior rust and corrosion resistance, and are paired with specialized sliding rings designed to ensure excellent abrasion resistance, anti-aging properties, and outdoor weather durability.
Module Production and Processing
These colored slide modules are integrally formed via an injection molding process using food-grade HDPE granules; their surfaces undergo both anti-slip and lubrication treatments, while their edges feature an interlocking mechanism to ensure tight assembly and smooth, seamless joints free of any snagging.
On-site Installation and Setup
Based on measurements of the site's slope and length, layout lines are marked; the steel pipe support frame is installed and secured first, followed by the sequential assembly of the colored slide modules. The flatness and slope are then calibrated, and the side guardrails are installed.
Security Testing and Debugging
Load-bearing capacity, sliding speed, anti-slip, and impact resistance tests are conducted; the firmness of module拼接 and overall stability are verified; and lubrication performance is fine-tuned. Upon passing all inspections, the system is commissioned for use.
