Core Appearance and Theme Design
Theme and Shape: The overall design of the ride is based on the "interstellar flying saucer" concept. The cockpit features a rounded, cartoonish flying saucer shape, paired with sci-fi color schemes such as blue, white, and silver-gray. Some models also incorporate decorations such as starry skies, star points, and engine lines, recreating the visual effect of a spacecraft and exuding a playful yet futuristic feel.
The ride track uses a classic curved (crescent/U-shaped) structure. The base often features space-themed spray paint, resulting in a lively and cheerful style that is highly attractive to children.
Structural Details
Cockpit: Made of thickened fiberglass with no sharp edges, the cockpit is equipped with safety bars and seat belts. Some models also include guardrails to accommodate younger children. Each cockpit can accommodate 1-2 children (or 1 child + 1 adult).
Track and Base: The track is made of high-strength steel with a smooth and wear-resistant surface. Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
