Planning for a 5,000-Square-Meter Non-Powered Amusement Park in Vietnam

2026-4-28

This is a planning proposal for a 5,000-square-meter non-powered amusement park, designed for a client in Vietnam.

The overall aesthetic is lively and cheerful—a quintessential design scheme for a comprehensive outdoor recreational facility. Let's break down the details.

Overall Layout and Core Positioning

This facility occupies a rectangular outdoor site, featuring a bright blue ground surface as its dominant color palette, accented by rainbow-hued zone dividers. The entire area is enclosed by fencing with clearly defined entry and exit points. Catering primarily to families, the park specializes in "non-motorized play"—activities that are both safe and effective at allowing children to expend their energy.

Breakdown of Core Play Attractions

I have highlighted the key attractions by zone to facilitate your understanding:

Top Left: Large-Scale "Viral" Slide Zone

A massive, multi-component rainbow slide complex featuring various types of chutes (including wavy, straight, and climbing net sections). With its vibrant colors, this area serves as both the visual centerpiece and the primary crowd-drawing attraction of the entire park.

Adjacent to the slides is a giant panda-themed trampoline and sandpit area. The soft, adorable IP-based design makes it highly "Instagrammable"—perfect for photo ops—while also being well-suited for younger children.

Nearby stands a "Naughty Castle" (indoor playground) structure topped with a transparent rainbow-colored roof, serving as an excellent supplementary space for indoor or semi-indoor play.

Center: Non-Motorized Adventure Zone

This area features a variety of classic non-motorized play elements: multi-seat swings, spinning turntables, climbing frames, seesaws, balance beams, and more—designed to encourage interactive play among children of different age groups.

It also hosts the popular "Parent-Powered Coaster" (a human-powered zip line), which requires parents and children to work together to pedal the mechanism, offering a highly interactive and entertaining experience.

The colorful conical trampolines and circular adventure platforms located in the center of this zone are also highly popular attractions for parent-child interaction.

Right Side: High-Ropes and Zip Line Zone

A combined high-ropes adventure tower (distinguished by its red spire) and zip line system. This area allows visitors to experience aerial zip-lining and tackle high-altitude obstacle courses, satisfying the adventurous spirit of slightly older children.

These elevated attractions are complemented by ground-level features—such as rope nets for climbing and swings—creating a comprehensive "high-altitude + ground-level" adventure circuit.

Supporting Facilities

Rest areas equipped with sun umbrellas are strategically placed along the perimeter of the park, providing a convenient spot for parents to wait and relax.

A management and ticketing kiosk is located near the entrance/exit, while the park's perimeter is lined with fencing and landscaping. Situated adjacent to a public road, the location is ideally suited for development in urban suburbs or alongside shopping malls. Project Highlights and Positioning

All-Ages Friendly: The project caters to a broad demographic—including young children (trampolines, indoor playgrounds), school-aged kids (adventure courses, slides), and family-oriented interactive activities—fostering strong loyalty among family visitors.

Maximum "Influencer" Appeal: Featuring viral attractions such as rainbow slides, a giant panda IP theme, and high-altitude zip lines, the project generates its own organic traffic and is perfectly suited for short-video and social media promotion.

Operationally Efficient: As a non-motorized facility, the project boasts low long-term maintenance costs, minimal electricity consumption, and high safety standards, making it ideal for sustainable, long-term operation.

As a project developed by Zhengzhou Huajin Amusement, this design concept can be fully customized to fit specific site dimensions and budgetary requirements, making it adaptable for a wide range of settings—including shopping malls, scenic tourist areas, and rural communities.
