Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main frame is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance. The slides, platforms, and space-themed components are crafted from food-grade engineering plastics, while the guardrails are made of stainless steel or galvanized tubing, ensuring safety, wear resistance, and suitability for long-term outdoor use.
Frame and Support Machining
Steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded to form support columns, platform brackets, and stair structures. The entire assembly undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating, ensuring structural stability, rust resistance, and anti-aging properties, while meeting the load-bearing requirements for multi-component project combinations.
Plastic Part Molding and Assembly
Food-grade plastic granules are integrally molded—via rotational molding or injection molding processes—into slides, space-themed components, and platform panels. After being sanded and deburred, these parts are assembled with the structural framework, followed by the installation of functional components such as climbing nets, swings, and handrails.
Safety Inspection and Factory Release
Comprehensive tests are conducted regarding overall load-bearing capacity, fall prevention, anti-slip properties, and pinch-point safety. The security of all component connections and operational safety are thoroughly inspected; upon passing these verifications, the unit is installed and commissioned on-site before being handed over for use.

A: The company provides comprehensive after-sales support, including at least one year of free warranty and 24-hour fault response. During the warranty period, non-human-caused damage will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge. In addition, the company provides regular inspections and equipment maintenance training services to help investors extend the lifespan of their equipment.
A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
