Project Functions
Appearance and Theme Design: The overall design revolves around the themes of space, astronauts, and planets, featuring bright and vibrant colors. The main colors are blue and white, complemented by bright cabin colors such as pink, purple, and green, which are very appealing to children.
The top of the ride features an astronaut model, and decorative signs are printed with space elements such as "SPACE BOY," "Sun," "Saturn," and "Earth," creating an atmosphere of "interstellar adventure."
The central pillar is decorated with lights, providing an even better visual effect at night.
How to Play and Experience: This is a rotating and lifting amusement ride. Passengers sit in cabins shaped like "spaceships/flying saucers." As the ride rotates, the cabins can be raised and lowered using levers, simulating the feeling of "piloting a spaceship through space."
Each cabin can accommodate 2-3 children (or accompanied by an adult). The operating speed and elevation changes are specially designed for a moderate level of excitement, suitable for younger children.
Scene and Safety: The equipment is installed in an outdoor playground, surrounded by metal safety railings. The background is lush with trees, and the open space meets the safety requirements for children's play equipment.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
