Material Selection
The vehicle body is constructed from food-grade fiberglass and ABS engineering plastics, while the chassis features a high-strength metal frame. The wheels are fitted with wear-resistant, non-slip rubber, and the core components consist of a specialized amusement-grade motor and a safety-certified battery. Enhanced with LED lighting, the design prioritizes safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Chassis and Powertrain Machining
The metal chassis is cut, welded, and formed; the motor, battery, drive wheels, and control system are then installed. The entire assembly undergoes anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure stable and reliable power output.
Body and interior assembly
Sanding and painting of the fiberglass/plastic shell; installation of cartoon-themed decorative components, steering wheel, seats, seatbelts, and LED lighting; and completion of the full vehicle exterior and interior integration.
Performance and Security Testing
It undergoes power, braking, collision, and electrical safety testing, followed by the calibration of travel speed, lighting, and sound effects; upon passing inspection, it is released from the factory for deployment.
