Appearance and Theme Design
The overall design is themed around a circus elephant, with vibrant and lively colors, full of childlike fun: The top of the ride features a cartoon elephant sculpture wearing a golden crown and holding a colorful ball, its endearing shape complementing the design. The tower below is painted with red and blue polka dots, resembling a circus ball stand, perfectly capturing the joyful atmosphere of a circus.
The cabins are designed with red seats, some with small transparent fans as decoration. The ends of the boom arms feature pink and yellow umbrella-like canopies. The overall design is rounded with no sharp edges, meeting safety standards for children's amusement equipment.
The tower and boom arms are also covered with decorative lights, creating a bright and atmospheric effect when illuminated at night.

Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
