Appearance and Theme Design
The overall design adopts a sci-fi space theme, with a primary color scheme of refreshing fruit green and silver-white, accented with neon lights for a futuristic feel. The main frame is a large arched structure, decorated with stars, rings, and other space elements at the top, simulating an interstellar archway. The crossbeams are printed with an "Interstellar Theme" logo, complemented by LED light strips, creating a stunning ambiance when illuminated at night.
The cockpit features an open, elongated "space boat" design with rounded, full shapes and no sharp edges. It is equipped with a continuous safety bar and individual seatbelts to ensure passenger safety. The cockpit is often decorated with cartoon astronauts and flying saucers to reinforce the interstellar adventure theme.
The support frame is constructed of high-strength steel with a non-slip base, ensuring a stable overall structure, low noise during operation, and high stability. It also includes pre-installed mounting points for lighting and music, adaptable to different ambiance settings.
Gameplay and Operating Experience
Core Gameplay: Once activated, the cabin swings back and forth like an "interstellar swing," accompanied by slight up-and-down movements to simulate the feeling of "floating on an interstellar route." Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
