Project Functions
Appearance and Theme Design:
The overall design adopts an ocean world theme, with a refreshing blue as the main color, complemented by cartoon elements such as pink dolphins, red crabs, and other marine life, creating a whimsical atmosphere.
The central pillar is shaped like a fountain, with two dolphins leaping out of the water, along with crab decorations and wave-like patterns on the top, creating an underwater world atmosphere.
The cabins are designed in the shape of cartoon submarines/ocean vehicles, featuring marine elements such as ship's wheels, fish eyes, starfish, and seashells. The base is also painted with patterns of coral and small fish, and the visual effect is even better when illuminated at night.
Play and Experience: This is a rotating interactive amusement ride. The entire ride rotates at a constant speed around a central axis. Some versions also have water spray/shooting interactive functions. Passengers can interact with the devices on the cabins; hitting targets triggers light and sound effects, increasing the fun.
The cabins are designed for two people, with a gentle operating speed, no violent bumps, and low stimulation, making it very suitable for young children and their parents to play together, a typical family-friendly attraction.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
